For more than 25 years, Tony has led teams, managed major projects and implemented change at leading business and government enterprises in Australia and Asia, including American Express, BT, Cisco, SMS Consulting, Qantas and Queensland Treasury.

At Hamilton Rich, Tony forms long-term relationships with clients and candidates to understand their unique requirements and deliver cumulative results over time. In earlier positions, Tony co-founded Enterprise Speech Recognition (ESR), a technology business which was acquired by Cabcharge and which continues to power the company’s taxi booking systems. He also advised on mergers and acquisitions, and financial strategies at First City Corporate Advisory Services and the ASX-listed investment company HGL Limited.

Tony has advised clients on wealth building as part of ipac Securities (now AXA Asia Pacific), written for The Intelligent Investor and appeared as an expert commentator on ABC TV, Channel 7 and The Sky Business Report.

He holds a Masters in Business Administration in International Business and a Bachelor of Science, both from The University of Queensland.

I’ve always believed success comes from bringing in the right expertise and have no hesitation in recommending Tony. He has always been highly responsive and professional in our interactions, and helped me achieve some great outcomes in areas including recruiting key staff and business ownership transition.
